GLSC Policies and FAQs

Payments: are made through PayPal's secure SSL site.  When you click on the "View Cart" option on the right side of the page you will be taken to Paypal's Check Out .  If at any time you want to return to GLSC before checking out, all you have to do is hit the "Continue Shopping" button.  You can choose to use your credit card or Paypal  account.  We do not have access to your credit card, debit card, or bank  information.  That information is SSL protected by Paypal and  insured with "buyer protection", so you can shop with ease of  mind. 

Returns: Great Lake Survival stands behind their products. Returned goods due to manufacturing  defects or a mistake on the part of Great Lake Survival, LLC. will be refunded 100%. All returns must be received no later than 10 days after the receipt of  goods provided by tracking information. Any and all returns must be unused, sealed if in a sealed container, with any and all tags intact. Prior authorization of return is required. Great Lake Survival, LLC. will issue a RMA#  through their email address: greatlakesurvival@live.com. Without this authorization, returns will not be accepted. Exchanges are exempt from any restocking fees. Returns for any other reason than listed above are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Certain products are non-returnable, such as First Aid Items, Food, Wiggy's products and Special Orders. Ultimately we want the customer to have the product that he or she wants; we promise to work with you to obtain that goal.

Shipping: 
Shipping is FREE to the Lower 48 states and APO's. OVER $150  Alaska and HI have a surcharge.  We ship to the  U.S. addresses and ALL US MILITARY APO'S, only.  You will see that the cost of shipping for orders under $150 are very reasonable.  We don't like paying for shipping anymore than you do : )
